Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Where an Account is closed as a consequence of a breach, any bonus credits and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Confirmed deposited funds not associated with any breach may be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method following completion of the relevant review process, unless retention is required for compliance, fraud or legal investigation purposes.
